Measurements of different sensors are interpreted as a whole. The measurement data are placed in a medically validated context, but you can adjust the values to your own standards. Your health lies in your hands.

What can you measure?

We call everything you can measure about your health a parameter.
The most well-known parameters for health are: Blood pressure, weight and BMI, cholesterol, glucose, heart rate, exercise and sleep.

By measuring these parameters on a regular basis you will get a very reliable view into the status of your health. At the same time, they allow for trend predictions and prognoses of your health. Through these insights you learn about your health and how to improve yourself. Ultimately this will result in a healthier and more vital life.

Your data are presented clearly in a personal and medically valid overall image of your health. Your different measurements are displayed in relationship to each other to enable analyses of dependencies among them. You can also manually enter custom measurements such as the number of push-ups or cups of coffee.

All measurements below are currently available on your dashboard. Do you have suggestions for additional measurements we should add?
