Choose your coach

You know yourself best. Therefore, you can choose how you want to be addressed by your digital coach. Neutral, guiding, supportive or critical.

You have a choice of four coaches each with its own tone of voice. This allows you to stay motivated to continue your journey with Selfcare. Your coach sends you periodic messages. To encourage you, to give you an overview of your performance or to support you with additional information and tips.

Ben: Autonomous and clear

I coach people who say about themselves: ‘I don’t want too much support from my coach. I only expect my coach to give me a comprehensive overview of my measurements. The focus should be on the numbers.’

 


Karen: Guiding and explorative

I coach people who say about themselves: ‘I want to be guided by my coach with a comprehensive overview of my measurements. I expect my coach to have an investigative attitude that will enable me to make my own decisions. The focus should be on reflection and analyses.’

Petra: Supportive and understanding

I coach people who say about themselves: ‘I want to be supported by my coach with a simple overview of my measurements. I expect my coach to be understanding, as this will help to boost my confidence. The focus should be on my feelings and perceptions.’
